THE YM&YWHA OF WASHINGTON HEIGHTS AND INWOOD

The YM&YWHA of Washington Heights and Inwood is a vibrant community center that has been serving Northern Manhattan since 1917. It offers a wide range of programs focused on health, wellness, education, and social justice, welcoming a diverse population of all ages and backgrounds​.

In my role, I manage the social media presence for The Y, creating engaging graphics for all internal and external programs. This includes running targeted ad campaigns to reach new audiences. For special events, such as the Purim Carnival—a lively two-day celebration that draws families from across the community—I developed a comprehensive brand identity. This involved creating a unique logo, merchandise like T-shirts, and various printed materials, including signage. The Purim Carnival features festive activities, delicious kosher food, and engaging entertainment, celebrating community spirit in a fun and inclusive environment​
